TCXO振蕩器（溫度補(bǔ)償晶體振蕩器）是在一定溫度范圍內(nèi)具有嚴(yán)格頻率偏移的振蕩器單元。典型的TCXO應(yīng)用可以在溫度變化環(huán)境中需要穩(wěn)定頻率的領(lǐng)域中找到。在TCXO中，晶體隨溫度的頻率變化由內(nèi)部電路補(bǔ)償。這個(gè)TCXO溫控電路可以是模擬的，也可以是數(shù)字的。數(shù)字補(bǔ)償TCXO溫補(bǔ)晶振裝置通過頻率偏移特性進(jìn)行“編程”。對(duì)于輸出信號(hào)，有幾種選擇。CMOS TCXO和削波正弦波TCXO是最常見的，但我們也可以選擇其他輸出電平，如真正的正弦波TCXO類型。可選的，幾種類型可以提供EFC（電子頻率控制）。這些VCTCXO振蕩器（壓控TCXO）類型可以通過控制電壓來調(diào)節(jié)頻率。封裝類型從小型4焊盤SMD TCXO單元到通孔DIL14 TCXO外殼。

FCD-Tech壓控晶體振蕩器（VCXO振蕩器）產(chǎn)品組合提供多種封裝，包括SMD VCXO壓控晶體振蕩器類型和通孔VCXO壓控振蕩器類型。可用輸出邏輯：CMOS VCXO、LVPECL VCXO、LVDS VCXO、HCSL VCXO或真正弦波VCXO。低相位噪聲、低抖動(dòng)、牽引范圍和溫度容差的各種規(guī)格特性。
